What is your reship policy?
Private address ✔
If the trackingcode shows that:
- The shipment got lost/ is not moving (before first delivery attempt) = FREE RESHIP to the same address after 20 working days
- The shipment got delivered to a pick up point = successfully delivered = NO FREE RESHIP
- The shipment got delivered to a pick up point and was returned to sender after some time = NO FREE RESHIP
Please note: If the shipment gets returned to the sender, it is lost because a fake sender address is used (we have to use a fake sender due to the nature of the business). It is your responsibility to monitor the trackingcode and pick up the order in time.
Company address ✖
For company addresses or non-private addresses we do not offer free reships. The order will be at your own risk. This policy applies to any address which is not a private home address. For example:
- Parcelshop
- Kiosk
- Post office
- Addresses with C/O or similar
- Addresses with incomplete names such as: Herr Müller, S. Müller, Stefan M., etc.
- Dead mailbox/ maildrop
The reason for this is: Company addresses are often abused with fake names and experiments. Problems arise with our registered mail shipping method if the recipient’s name does not live at the specified address or if the postman does not find a corresponding name tag at the doorbell/mailbox and thus cannot ensure that the items reach the correct addressee.

- No labeling on the bell/postbox.
- Recipient not found under the address details on the shipment.
Important information ⚠
Phone number: For orders of 60 blisters or more the courier company requires a phone number from us. The shipment can also be sent without a phone number, but (in our experience) this increases the risk of problems. For example, you will not receive a text message with the collection code if the delivery could not be delivered. Therefore, if you do not provide a valid telephone number to us, delivery is at your own risk.
Exceptions ✁
- Shipments to Sweden are at your own risk.
- Orders of 300 blisters or more are subject to a special reship policy discussed via Email. The normal reship policy described above does not apply.
Our Recommendation ✌
We strongly recommend to use a normal private house address where the recipient person really lives and where a name tag with the recipient name is at the doorbell/mailbox. In that case there will be no problems with the delivery.
