We do not allow the creation of accounts, so that no customer data/order data can be found in case of a server seizure or hack. You can order without an account and view the status of your order (+ tracking number) at the following link: banana.to/order-tracking/

The tracking number + order data will be deleted from our database about 2 months after the order.

Envelope shipments are usually also possible to be tracked on the website of the national post of your country (once arrived in the destination country).

Before you contact us, please first follow these steps:

  1. Check the status of your order (banana.to/tracking) to verify that the payment has been received and that your order has been processed. If this is not the case, please contact us.
  2. If you can see that a trackingcode for your order has been provided, please wait 10 working days (after creation date of the trackingcode) before you contact us. From our experience 90% of the orders arrive within this time frame.
  3. In case you have already waited 10 working days, please check the status of your trackingcode to see if the order is available at a pickup point.

This is normal with our shipping method. It takes several days or even a week until the first update happens. In most cases there are only 3 updates:

  1. Order created (usually remains for 3-7 working days)
  2. In transit (usually remains for 1-3 working days)
  3. Arrived in destination country (usually remains for 1-2 working days)
  4. Delivered

Please do not contact us before you have waited 10 working days. 90% of the orders arrive within this timeframe. If you have not received your order after 10 working days (after creation date of the trackingcode), please contact us.
