Shipping Policy 
- All orders are shipped from the EU (Schengen)
- All orders are shipped with Track & Trace
- All orders are packaged discreetly

Packaging 
Envelope shipments
Orders below 80 blisters are shipped via envelope. The maximum amount of blisters per envelope is 40 blisters. If you order for example 70 blisters we will send 2 envelopes with each 35 blisters.
Courier Shipments
Orders of more than 80 blisters/20 weekpacks are shipped by courier. It usually takes 2-4 working days until we provide the trackingcode. Courier shipments require a phone number that can receive SMS. If you do not provide a phone number, the order is at your own risk (see RESHIP POLICY).
Delivery time ✘
Envelope shipments
Envelope shipments are usually delivered 5-10 WORKING DAYS after the shipping date (creation date of trackingcode) and are usually shipped out daily from Monday to Friday 1 day after the payment has arrived. The Trackingcode of envelope shipments is usually available 1 working day after you payment has been confirmed via Email. If your payment arrives on Friday, your order can only be shipped on Monday.
Courier Shipments (80 blisters+)
Courier shipments are usually delivered between 2-6 WORKING DAYS (depending on the destination country) after the shipping date (creation date of trackingcode). Orders per courier are only shipped out around 3 times per week.
Important: These are only indications of the usual delivery times. We do not give any guarantee about a certain delivery time as this factor is not in our control. Please understand that we are not the delivery company. Once the order has been shipped we can only wait for the result but not influence the delivery time. If the delivery fails according to the trackingcode our RESHIP POLICY applies.
Express shipping is not possible
Warning: Please do not order from us if you need the product urgently. We know that the shipping time is unusually slow but this is the only safe way to work for us. Please understand that this business is difficult to operate. We cannot speed up the delivery time, the only thing we can do is to be transparent and inform you in advance about it. What you can do is, to always order 1-2 months in advance and not when you have run out of stock. If you follow this advice the slow delivery time will be no issue for you.
